Can we do this exercise with participants from different organisations or departments?

Yes, though you may like to pre-select text examples that will be relevant to all participants.

Do I need any special materials or equipment for this activity?

No, however if you are running the activity in person and participants will have limited access to laptops or computers we recommend pre-selecting text examples or asking participants to bring along examples as pre-work.

What is the maximum group size recommended?

Generally we suggest 50 participants so you have the opportunity to answer questions and check in on the different groups as they are completing the exercise. You could also run the activity with larger groups by having co-facilitators.
