Our vision is to make the precious time we spend together as teams as meaningful as possible.

Meet the team.

We’re a team of expert facilitators, educators, management consultant and high-performance sports coaches. With decades of working with some of the world’s largest companies and national agencies we identified a common theme. While most organisations and leaders understand the value of building connected, aligned and inclusive teams, they don’t know how to do it. Millions of dollars are spent bringing in external facilitators and consultants to help, with little to show in terms of capability uplift or sustained improvement.

BreakNice is about giving team leaders and emerging leaders the tools to facilitate great team engagement with topics designed to spark meaningful conversation and break down communication barriers.
